Measurement Notes
K3 and KX3 ATUs set to bypass.
The W1 is calibrated at the input port.
The K3 DL1 power is increased by 1% to compensate for the W1 20dB coupler.
The 10% tick locations indicate measurement locations.
The plots use straight lines with no smoothing.
DL1 Rdc = 49.9 Ω (Fluke 87 V)
